본한인교회 현장 예배재개 지침
7월 5일(주일)부터 시행되는
교회의 예배와 모임에 관하여 안내를 드립니다. 특별히 현장예배에 출석하고자 하는 교우들께서는 교회의
지침을 숙지하시고 철저하게 따라 주시기를 부탁 드립니다.
예배와 모임
주일 1부예배(오전 9:00), 2부예배(낮
12:00), 3부예배(오후 2:00), Hi-C 예배(낮 12:00)는
현장예배와 온라인 예배를 병행하며, EM예배, 교육학교 예배, 수요예배, 주중 새벽 기도회, 토요
새벽 기도회, 촌 모임은 온라인으로 드립니다. 교회 정문과
사무실은 정기 업무시간(화-금요일 오전 9:00~오후 5:00)에 개방합니다.
예배 참석 준비
1. 현장 예배참석 인원이
수용인원의 30%로 제한된 관계로 교회 홈페이지와 전화를 통해서 예배 등록을 미리 해 주시기를 바랍니다. 등록한 분들만 현장예배에 참석할 수 있습니다. (허용된 인원이 넘어서
등록이 들어왔을 때에는 선착순으로 합니다. 예배 등록은 6월
30일(화)부터
시작되며, 매주 화요일~목요일까지 홈페이지와 전화를 통해서
등록을 받습니다.)
2. 본인이나 가족이 해외여행에서
돌아온 지 2주 이내의 분들, 기저질환, 중증질환, 기침, 발열, 호흡곤란 증세가 있는 분들, 70세 이상 시니어분들, 병원 또는 요양원 등 다중 시설의 종사자분들은 온라인으로 예배 드리시기를 바랍니다.
예배당 입장 지침
1. 출입시 방역 관계로
평상시 보다 적어도 15~20분 일찍 교회에 도착해 주시기를 바랍니다.
2. 교회 건물을 들어올때는 반드시 마스크를 착용하시고, 발열체크와
손 소독 후에 입장해 주시기를 바랍니다. (체온이 37.5도
이상이신 분은 입장할 수 없습니다.)
3. 헌금은 예배당 입구의
헌금함에 넣어 주시거나 온라인 헌금으로 하시기를 바랍니다. 주보는 지정된 좌석에 비치해 놓습니다.
4. 표시된 좌석에만 앉아
주시고, 예배시에도 반드시 마스크를 착용해 주시기를 바랍니다.
5. 교우들끼리 만나면
거리를 두시고(2m) 목례로 인사를 해 주시기를 바랍니다.
예배 후 지침
1. 예배당의 입구와 출구가
구분되어 있으니, 화살표를 따라서 정해진 출구들로 분산되어서 나가 주시기를 바랍니다.
2. 예배 후에는 교회의
다른 공간에는 가급적 가지 마시고, 바로 귀가해 주시기를 바랍니다.
3. 교회 건물의 화장실
이용도 자제해 주시고, 이용 시에는 2명 이상 들어가지 마시기를
바랍니다.
Guidelines for the Reopening of VCC Church
Building
Vaughan Community Church will reopen our church
building doors for worship on Sunday July 5th. Congregants who wish to
participate and attend the in-person worship, please carefully read and follow
the proceeding guidelines.
SUNDAY WORSHIP AND
GATHERINGS
The Korean speaking Sunday worship will take
place at 9:00am, 12:00pm and 2:00pm. The Hi-C students will have their worship
at 12:00pm in the Bethel Chapel. Worship for Elementary students and Early
Childhood children (The Ark) will begin at a later date. All other gatherings will
continue online until further notice. The church office is open Tuesday-Friday,
from 9:00am to 5:00pm.
GUIDELINES FOR ATTENDING
ON SITE WORSHIP
1) The provincial government has cleared a way
for churches to hold worship services but at 30% capacity for the time being.
In order to provide a safe environment for worship, only those who register
online on our church website or by phone, will be permitted to attend the
in-person worship on Sunday. Registration will be on a first come first serve
basis from Tuesday to Thursday by church website or by phone until the limited
spaces are filled.
2) We ask that church members who have returned
from travel outside of Canada selfquarantine at home along with all members of
your household. If you have a serious medical condition, an underlying medical
condition, you are over 70 years of age, you have a cough, fever, difficulty
with breathing, you are a hospital or nursing home staff personnel, please stay
at home and worship through our online worship.
WHAT TO DO AFTER YOU
REGISTER FOR ON-SITE WORSHIP
1) Masks are mandatory for everyone who
participate in the on-site worship. Please bring one with you if you will be
participating in the on-site worship. You should arrive not less than 15-20 minutes
before the start of the worship.
2) Body temperatures will be taken at the
entrance of the church building. If you have a body temperature above 37.5
degrees, unfortunately, you will not be allowed to enter the church building.
3) Place your offering in the offering box
located at the entrance of the chapel or make a donation online. Worship
bulletins can be picked up from designated person.
4) Find a seat that has been designated and wear
your masks at all times while you are in worship.
5) Greet each other from a distance as a courtesy
to the other person.
