This past August, our student leadership team become more innovative through an experiential learning conference we were challenged to set aside our traditions and do something different in reaching new students. 'Do you think our leaders are convinced that this new student outreach we're about to do is worth it?' I asked my exec team during the break of our leadership meeting. 'No, not yet,' answered Dan, one of my students. 'What do you think it takes for that to change?' I asked back.
